Johan Dulat 是淡馬錫控股(Temasek Holdings Private Limited)的董事總經理兼組織與執行團隊的負責人，淡馬錫是一家新加坡的投資公司。Johan於 2013 年加入淡馬錫，建立併購團隊(Mergers & Acquisitions team)，後將其更名為組織與執行團隊(Structuring & Execution)。他帶領團隊專注於評價公司、建構投資組合，以及執行全球大型公司的複雜交易。
在加入淡馬錫之前，Johan 曾是摩根士丹利的併購部執行董事。
此外，他也曾在巴克萊資本(Barclays Capital)和法國興業銀行投資銀行(Société Générale Investment Banking)工作，專注於併購、資本市場貸放和執行以及企業融資諮詢。他擁有 25 年的工作經驗，其中超過 22 年在亞洲工作。
Johan 畢業於歐洲工商管理學院(Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires, INSEAD)的工商管理碩士學位、巴黎高等商業學院(École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, ESCP)的管理學碩士學位以及會計和金融研究理學碩士學位。

Johan Dulat is a Managing Director at Temasek International and Head of the Structuring & Execution team.
Based in Singapore, Johan joined Temasek in 2013 to build the Mergers & Acquisitions team, since renamed Structuring & Execution. Under his leadership, the team focuses on the evaluation, structuring and execution of large and complex transactions, across industries and geographies worldwide.
Prior to Temasek, Johan was an Executive Director, Mergers and Acquisitions, at Morgan Stanley. Before joining Temasek, he worked with Barclays Capital and Société Générale Investment Banking focusing on M&A, capital markets origination and execution, as well as corporate finance advisory. He brings 25 years of work experience, with over 22 years in Asia.
Johan holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Master of Science in Management from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Studies (DESCF).
